Great for hydration, exfoliation and nourishment. Sugar is added as an exfoliator, scrubbing away dead skin cells that sit on the surface layer of skin preventing all of the good oils and vitamins from penetrating. Avocado Oil is full of Vitamin E, potassium, lecithin, and other nourishing and moisturizing properties. It is great for promoting collagen production as it has oleic acid in it. Everything will be moisturized and glowing.
Directions: Apply the whipped sugar scrub in a circular motion and rinse it off. Follow up with a lotion or body butter to lock in hydration.

What I don't like about the product is that it heavily stains clothes. Smells like a lemon head candy. Doesn't really exfoliate like I expected to. Has not done anything for my dark spots at all.
This product leaves your skin nice and smooth. I haven't used it long enough to be able to give a proper review
